Minet is a transnational project to advise, qualify
and vocationally integrate migrant omen in innovative fields of activiy with a future. It
also focuses on setting up and extending regional and transregional networks for the
development and testing the flexible qualification modules specifically suited to women.
Target group
The project is designed for young women of foreign origin (immigrants, ethnic
Germans and refugees) aged between 16 and 30, unable, due specifically female
disadvantages and their bi-cultural biography, to integrate in the vocational training
sytem or in the initial training market.

| Improve the occupational chances in untypical and new fields of activities for
women, e.g. the environment (like landscape gardening, ecological trade

| Adaptation of the workplace, work placements abroad |
| Specific counseling and integration into the vocational system |
| Networking at local/regional/national level |
