Entering the Pleasure of Art
This is the itinerary proposed by the A.I.A. to bring everybody to recognize and express his own artistic temperament. During the lessons the partecipants will enter in the art through the experience of the authentic Italian Humanism with artist-artisan masters. The CoursesThe courses proposed by A.I.A. are:
The approach proposed by A.I.A. is to enter the pleasure of art, to discover the manuality and the different artistic tecniques combining theory to practical ‘living’ experience shown through artisan masters. A.I.A proposes the Convivio to offer the possibility of a complete approach to the art. Il Cenacolo organize, in an elegant Villa in the countryside near Rome, one-day meeting totally focused on pleasure of art-making. Selected groups alternate theory to practice counterpointing the day with moments of Convivio in the authentic Humanistic atmosphere. Glass-working, creative writing, music, ceramics and cartap�este, introduction to Italian Art, the art of iron and metal, furnishing and interior design, the photography, the art of picture post-card, the taste of Living Italian Cooking: first theory-lessons, organized in different spaces of the Villa, followed by practical events. An artist-artisan master will show how to realize ‘concretely’ what explained before and will introduce the partecipants in the living eperience of what is the genius of homo faber. The groups, for few partecipants (maximun nines for each subject), will meet themselves to taste, together, the pleasure of the Living Italian Cooking. The places where are organized the Art Convivio are an elegant Villa in the countrysude near Rome surrounded by a wide garden and a medieval castle in the heart of Umbria. The headquarter of A.I.A. is a place where nature, spaces and structures have been realized for events, meetings, courses of an Art for man in the true meaning of the Italian Humanism.
